Where Can I Try The Chair?
While we don’t have a dedicated showroom at the moment, customers are welcome to visit our workshop by appointment to experience the chair in person. Our showroom spaces are currently reserved for fabric selection.
For added convenience, we also offer our Home Experience Service, where a sample chair can be delivered to your home for trial. This is a popular option among expecting moms who prefer to explore comfort at their own pace.
How Long is the Pre-Order?
Our production takes approximately 14–21 working days, depending on the fabric selection and current queue

You can explore and feel our fabric collections at the Yugos Fabrics Showroom in Gading Serpong, where you’ll find a variety of premium options.
For those who can’t visit in person, we offer The Fabrics Experience , a way to discover your perfect match from the comfort of home.
We’ll send you up to three swatch booklets or ten individual fabric sample cards at no cost — simply cover the delivery fee. Each set is thoughtfully curated and beautifully presented, helping you find the perfect shade and texture for your space.
Do You Offer Delivery?
Yes, we provide nationwide delivery across Indonesia.
For the Jabodetabek area, we handle delivery directly with our in-house team to ensure your chair arrives safely. For other cities, we collaborate with trusted logistics partners who specialize in handling furniture.
How do I clean and care for the fabric?
Yes, each Grain & Oak Nursing Chair is covered by our limited warranty for manufacturing defects related to structure and mechanism.
While normal wear, fabric stains, or misuse are not included, our team is always available to guide you on proper maintenance and care to help your chair stay beautiful for years to come.
Our fabrics are designed for easy care and long-lasting use. For light cleaning, simply wipe spills immediately with a damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a gentle upholstery cleaner or contact a professional service.
If your chosen fabric includes Spill Protech or Pen-Free protection, everyday stains can usually be wiped away easily — keeping your chair looking fresh and inviting.
